Return Policy:

Once an item is on a gun it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with copy of your invoice and completed Return / Exchange Authorization Form (REAF) – see below instructions.

This Policy applies only to items purchased directly from warrentactical.com. If you purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact that specific company and they will help you according to their policies.

Any product thought to be defective may be returned for examination by Warren Tactical Series. After review, if the product is found to be defective, Warren Tactical Series will send a replacement at no cost. Any defects are at the determination of Warren Tactical Series only. Any sight broken during installation cannot be returned.

  • The item must be in its original packaging unopened and unused.
  • There are no returns on final sale or discontinued items.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping back to Warren Tactical Series.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.

Return Process:

Once your return is received and inspected by Warren Tactical Series (please allow 5-7 business days for this process), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment (minus Shipping, Handling and 10% Restocking fee).  Depending on your credit card company this may take 3-5 business days to post to your account.

Exchanges:

Return / Exchange Authorization Form (REAF) Instructions:

  1. Email Warren Tactical Series for a REAF number – please explain in your email the reason for your exchange or return: returns@warrentactical.com
  2. This is a fillable form – complete on-line, print out and enclose with your Return / Exchange. Keep a copy for your records. You will need to type the REAF number on form (upper right corner).
  3. Include REAF # on the mailing label. All returns MUST be accompanied with an REAF # or they will not be accepted.

All Returns / Exchanges are to be packaged securely – if possible, we recommend you return in original packaging. Merchandise received in unpadded envelopes will not be accepted and returned to sender. 

Warranty Applies to Metal Parts:

If a defect is found due to machining, the sight will be replaced.

If your gun was mishandled (dropped) or misused that results in a broken or damaged sight, it will not be replaced.

Proper care of your sights is essential. It is recommended that a light coat of oil is applied after each cleaning. If sights are blemished during installation we strongly recommend that the finish be touched up. We do not replace blemished sights or sights that have rusted.

We recommend certified armorers / gunsmiths install all parts. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to be absolutely certain that any parts ordered are correctly fitted & installed. Improper installation of parts may result in a dangerous malfunctioning, damage to the firearm, serious injury to the shooter and/or others. The purchaser and installer of parts must accept full responsibility for the correct adjustment(s) and functioning of the firearm after such installation. Once a sight has been installed it can no longer be returned. Warren Tactical is not responsible for replacing sights are damaged or broken during installation.

 

Warranty & Return Policy for Nights Sights with Trijicon Lamps and/or Painted Rings

Warren Tactical Series is not responsible for replacement and/or repairs for either of the above Trijicon warranties, parts and services.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty for Trijicon’s Lamps and Installation:

  1. The tritium lamp is warranted to glow for twelve years from date of original manufacture; or
  2. If the tritium lamp / vial becomes exposed or falls out.
  3. If the paint on your Trijicon sight has been disrupted this repair is directed to Trijicon, Inc.

All replacement lamp inquires and/or paint repairs MUST be directed to www.Trijicon.com  Once there:

  • Select “Contact” button
  • From Drop-down Menu select “Return Authorization Policy”
  • You will have to … “Check Here To Acknowledge You Have Read and Agree With Trijicon Repair Return Policy”
  • Finally, select the button to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • Complete all of their required fields and submit
